INTERIOR DESIGN
My design expertise extends to new builds and transformative renovations, emphasizing creating spaces that captivate and inspire. I work closely with a carefully selected network of esteemed builders, contractors, and vendors, all of whom rely on my vision to help bring the client's dreams to life.

With new construction, I oversee and curate every detail, from selecting flooring and roofing materials to choosing tile, countertops, trim, and cabinetry. Even the most minor elements, such as hardware and finishes, are meticulously chosen under my guidance. Once the structural and material choices are perfected, I guide clients through the next phase: selecting furnishings, accessories, artwork, and all of the finishing touches that truly transform a space.

When remodeling, I lead the transformation process from concept to completion. I work with discerning residential and commercial clients. My designs elevate properties, enhancing their appeal and market value. I have had the privilege of designing exceptional homes, luxury properties, and condominiums.

Many of these prestigious properties are situated on prime oceanfront or inlet locations, with values spanning from $1.5 million to $20 million. Each project embodies a tailored approach, reflecting the unique lifestyle
and vision of the homeowner.
My portfolio also includes an array of high-profile commercial projects. These range from expansive community clubhouses to specialized spaces like the Martin Memorial South Pediatric offices, the Children’s Museum of The Treasure Coast, and numerous real estate offices and condominium lobbies.
My projects can span up to three years, each meticulously crafted to perfection. Given the scope and complexity of my work, I selectively take on seven to fourteen projects annually, ensuring that every detail receives the full breadth of my attention and expertise.

Most of my residential clients reside outside of Florida and typically own additional residences elsewhere. They entrust me with their homes across the country, including New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Chicago, the Carolinas, and the DC suburbs. Since many of my clients want to capture Florida’s serene, tropical essence in their homes, I curate designs that marry that tranquil oasis with enduring sophistication.
The result is an elegant balance of soft, crisp color palettes and organic materials blended with luxurious textures—supple leathers, rich woods, and high-gloss finishes.

Moving forward, Stephanie Ferguson Design, LLC is entering the Hospitality arena. We are currently in talks with several Florida boutique hotels, resorts, and F&B establishments in the luxury travel space. We are excited to bring our unique and distinctive brand to this platform for many guests of these establishments to enjoy.
