FINE ART
I honed my artistic craft at Bard College at Simon's Rock, where I explored every art genre, from realism to abstract.
Growing up as an only child in a strict household, art became my companion, my voice in a world where self-expression was often limited.
I unleashed my thoughts, emotions, and curiosities through art, allowing them to take form on canvas.
I began working with gouache, appreciating its ease of control, but as my vision and style evolved, so did my medium.
In recent years, I’ve gravitated toward oils, which allow me to manipulate a piece over time.
This allows colors to mature and intensify, bringing a vibrancy and depth that perfectly aligns with my current artistic intent.
As my technique has evolved, so has my purpose. My recent work embraces an interpretive style, a balance of bold color studies, abstract forms, human figures, and subtle movements that challenge the viewer’s eye and stir something deeper.
I’m no longer interested in the pursuit of visual perfection. Instead, I seek to provoke a visceral, emotional response—a connection that lingers long after the viewer steps away from the canvas.
Larger canvases have become my preferred playground, ranging from 4’x3’ to monumental pieces as large as 8’x7’ and beyond.
My work has graced the walls of galleries nationwide, from Los Angeles to Las Olas Boulevard in Fort Lauderdale, as well as notable spaces like the Friendship Center for the Arts & Gallery, the Boca Raton Art Museum, and even sprawling murals in The Children’s Museum of the Treasure Coast and the Martin Memorial South Pediatric Offices.
Many of my pieces now reside in oceanfront homes and luxury condos, where their scale and energy make an unforgettable statement.
Several of my works have been so large that they’ve had to be hoisted several stories up the exterior of buildings to be installed!
Thankfully, the custom murals don’t pose the same logistical challenge, but they evoke just as much excitement.
I am thrilled to see the growing interest in my art from galleries and hospitality venues. I’m excited to continue expanding my audience and pushing the boundaries of my work!
